For soft touch cover, there are two points. Point one is the material is soft touch and another point is the finished on the material is soft touch.

Then we will talk about these two points. Point 1 soft touch material. As we know, leather material is soft, and the some fabric material is soft touch. So if you need to make the hardcover book to be soft touch, then we suggest to make leather cover or fabric cover. Of course, the price for leather cover and cloth cover is expensive. So if you have limited budget, then we suggest to make the paper cover then insert one piece 3 mm form between cover paper and gray board to make the cover with soft touch. These are the suggestion for point 1 of hardcover book.

Point 2, is soft touch finished on cover material of hardcover book. There are 2 options can be offered. Option 1 is with soft touch lamination on the cover, it is smooth but soft, so when you touch the cover, you can feel that is soft. Option 2, is with flocking on the cover. Flocking is with some soft fluff insert the cover material of hardcover book. When you touch it then you can feel the soft fluff.
